Our Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber Experience

Our Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber (mHBOT) is a relaxing experience.

Upon arrival, you will be taken to a private room and will be explained what to expect during your session.

You will be given your own nasal cannula and enter the chamber.

Once inside the chamber, you will lay on a memory foam mattress, given a blanket, pillow, and leg rest.

Next you will start receiving 90-95% pure oxygen. then as the chamber starts to pressurize you will notice your ears popping a bit (just like an airplane) . It takes about 5 minutes to reach full pressure.

Now at this point relax or read a book, listen to a podcast on your phone and let the healing begin.

Once your scheduled time has expired, we will start decompressing the chamber, you will again need to clear your ears. Gum is a great tool or opening and closing your mouth like a big yawn. . This process takes about 3 minutes.

We will then help you exit the chamber.

It is recommended to start with at least 10 sessions.

For chronic issues, it can take up to 40 or more sessions for maximum effect.

Then we move on to maintenance. This can be 1-2 times a week.

Packages can be purchased and more cost-effective. From 1-100 hours at a time.

How Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Works

Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (mHBOT) is designed to boost overall well-being. It’s perfect for those seeking faster recovery, improved cognitive function, and reduced inflammation.

During the therapy, individuals are placed in a pressurized hyperbaric chamber where they breathe in 90-95% pure oxygen—significantly higher than the 21% oxygen found in regular air. The pressure inside the chamber is two to three times greater than normal, which enhances oxygen absorption by the lungs. This increased oxygen intake not only supports better respiratory health but also promotes the healing of damaged tissues, strengthens the immune system, stimulates skin cell regeneration, reduces fatigue, and improves both sleep and cognitive performance.

How Often to Use Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

For optimal results, we recommend one to two sessions per day, with at least a four-hour gap between sessions. To see noticeable benefits, a minimum of 10 sessions is recommended, followed by 20-40 maintenance sessions to maintain the best outcomes.
